Documenting Care at Home NEW!

April 30 to May 7

Wednesdays | 6 to 7:30 p.m. | SUNY Adirondack Saratoga

Life is unpredictable. Be prepared. This course teaches those with limited or no health care background how to document care being given at home to help monitor and manage medical conditions more effectively. Learn how to keep track of appointments and other important information using an organized, structured approach with ready-to-use documents, instructional videos for online learning (via documentingcareathome.com) and live lectures. Documenting care at home is useful when caring for someone with a serious illness, terminal illness or chronic medical conditions (e.g., diabetes). It can also be used in temporary treatment situations, such as during chemo or radiation therapy. Let Valerie help you navigate through this process and help make this life-changing time an experience instead of a nightmare.
